Local Sourcing & Quality


We place great importance on fresh, seasonal, and whenever possible, locally sourced ingredients.

Many of our products come from local markets in Mallorca – including fresh fish from “La Lonja” as well as vegetables from regions such as Sóller and Sa Pobla.

This philosophy stands for quality, authenticity, and the true taste of Mediterranean cuisine.

Antonio Longobardi

With over 40 years of experience in the gastronomy industry in Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Spain, Antonio Longobardi brings impressive expertise.

He established himself for 25 years as the successful manager of the well-known Ritzi Restaurant in Puerto Portals. Under his leadership, Ritzi has developed into one of the most renowned restaurants in Mallorca, known for its excellent cuisine and first-class service.

With his many years of experience in the catering industry, he has successfully built up and continuously developed Pinos from its inception. His attention to detail and pursuit of perfection are reflected in every aspect of the operation, from the careful selection of ingredients to the design of an unforgettable guest experience.

His vision for the restaurant is not only to be known as a culinary highlight, but also as a place where guests and employees alike enjoy staying and enjoying themselves.

“Gastronomy has been more than just a profession for me for over 40 years – it is a true passion. With the opening of Pinos, I wanted to create a place where people feel welcome, where the food is more than just a meal – it should be an experience. For me, the guest is always at the center, and this is reflected in every detail, from carefully selected ingredients to the personal atmosphere.
I opened Pinos with the idea of creating a gathering place where everyone feels comfortable – whether island residents or vacationers. My goal is to share a piece of Mallorcan and Italian joy of life with each guest. The heart of any good restaurant is hospitality, and at Pinos, it comes first. I am excited to share my passion for great food and outstanding service with our guests every day.”

Originally from Italy, is the head chef of the truly creative culinary oasis that is our restaurant's kitchen, offering you a unique gastronomic experience. After graduating, he worked in various restaurants across Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Spain before joining Pino, where he quickly made a name for himself as a talented chef in Mallorca. His innovative cuisine seamlessly blends Italian and Mediterranean influences, offering dishes of exceptional quality prepared with fresh, local, and international ingredients.
